How to deal with STRESS

Everyone has gone through stress in one way or the other. Some people are still under stress and some are struggling with stress. So “How to deal with stress”.


Let me tell you, I also went through stress and it was a very difficult phase in my life. I tried to overcome the stress but I failed. Then I tried and failed again. But this time I came with my strong will and I got success. This time I felt a little better. As time passed, I felt better and moved on. But you need to be persistent to get out of stress.


So today I am going to discuss about my ways to overcome stress. The hardest thing to do is “love yourself” and focus on your inner wellness.

Diane von Fursten said- “The most powerful relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself.”

Loving yourself is an essential journey that begins with acceptance and compassion. It means embracing your strengths, acknowledging your flaws, and treating yourself with kindness.

 *When you love yourself, you recognize your worth and value as a unique individual.

*You prioritize your well-being, both physically and emotionally, understanding that self-care is not selfish but necessary for a balanced and fulfilling life.

*Loving yourself gives you power to set healthy boundaries, make choices that align with your authentic self, and achieve your dreams and passions without fear of judgment or criticism.

*It is about nurturing a positive self-image, no matter how big or small.

*When you love yourself, you become your own cheerleader, supporting and encouraging yourself through challenges and setbacks.

*It is a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and embracing your true essence. And other thing is to involve yourself in any activities you would love to do that.


Dealing with stress is an important skill for maintaining your mental and physical well-being. Here are some strategies you can try:

Identify the main source of stress: Always focus on what is causing you stress. It might be work-related, personal relationships, financial issues, or other issues. Once you identify the main source, you can take specific steps to address itand reduce stress.

Practice relaxation techniques: Throw yourself into activities that help you relax and unwind. Deep breathing exercises, meditation, yoga, and progressive muscle relaxation can help reduce stress levels.

Exercise Daily: Physical activity is an important way to overcome stress. Throw yourself into regular exercise releases endorphins, which help you to boost your mood . Find an activity you enjoy, such as walking, running, swimming, or dancing, and aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week.


Maintain a balanced lifestyle: Ensure you’re taking care of your physical and mental health by getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and staying hydrated. Avoid excessive consumption of caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine, as they can increase stress levels.

Prioritize and organize: Break tasks down into manageable steps and prioritize them based on importance. By organizing your time effectively and setting realistic goals, you can reduce feelings of being overwhelmed and increase productivity.
